tammy,
i'm sure others have answered. basically:
1. she needs top quality pump, evenflow is lousy in my oopinion.
2. she can pump one breast when feeding other first thing in morning. she
can postfeed pump after a few bf each day. she can pump one hour after a
feeding when she expects a 3-4 hr stretch.
3. i would discourage her from using formula.it would be far better to get a
quality pump (e.g. medela lactina, medela classic, hollister elite) and keep
baby on excl. bf. whcih is the norm and the ideal. starting formula will
very likely lead down the path of more and more formula and less and less
milk supply. don't go there ;)
