This has been around for quite some time.  I remember 1st hearing about this
when my kids were small and I thought it had been dealt with long ago.  There
was a similar controversy back in the 50's concerning IQ testing.  There was a
question asking, "What does Daddy wear to work?"  The correct answer was a
picture of daddy in a suit & tie.  But for children in rural areas or whose
dads were mechanics or anything other than a businessman, circling what Daddy
actually wore to work (like overalls) got you pegged a rung lower on the
mental acuity scale.  Incredibly blatently biased!

And somebody who flattered himself enough to think that he could assess other
people's intelligence made that one up, too.

Isn't anyone on this list as old as I am?  Gee whiz.  .  .
