I think that the milk donation thing does show real concern- people want to 
"give of themselves" not just money. But it's money that helps...and writing 
letters and making phone calls. We need communicate what is needed better. 
And need to help people to understand that the mothers in emergencies are 
people just like them and are acting heroically in protecting their babies 
by breastfeeding and they need just the same sort of support as we all do 
when we are mothers- reassurance, practical assistance, community.
