Want to see a TV ad for Pampers that treats exclusive breastfeeding as
normal!!!? Go to

I think the ad normalizes breastfeeding and does it in a way that won't
generate a huge outcry (unlike the Baby Talk cover).

I sent Pampers this comment:

<<This is not a question; it is a thank you for believing there are enough
exclusively breastfed babies around to warrant aiming a Pampers ad at their
parents. Although I had to listen half a dozen times before I understood the
phrase "runny mess," I think that those words do describe a nursing baby's
output as a normal part of family life. And "liquid diet" is just a little
coy, but it's a tasteful use of language that should not offend the
persnickity. Neither should that subtle image of the mom and baby nursing.
Bravo!>>
