The Breastfeeding Answer Book (3rd edition) references the CDC (US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention): "Neither inactivated nor live vaccines administered to a lactating woman affect the safety of breastfeeding for mothers or infants. Breastfeeding does not adversely affect immunization and is not a contraindication for any vaccine." The Breastfeeding Answer Book goes on to specifically list the Yellow fever vaccine as being compatible with breastfeeding.
