wonderful forum to communicate with peers around the world.

I did follow up with the people from the AIDS Project of NY. They have
confirmed that while there is legislation making HIV testing mandatory for
pregnant women, it has not passed yet. Therefore it is NOT mandatory at this
time, it is strongly recommended.
