Good thoughts, Jacquie,
I spent 4,300 dollars on my son's orthodonture 4 years ago.  (From
tongue-tie, not from not breastfeeding).  It's several hundred dollars
more now.

Also I would recommend going with the most expensive formula option
(ready to feed, individual bottles and cans) and the cheapest (powder),
and giving the figures as a range.  In NYC, a pack of ready to feed 8 oz
cans (about 1 day's worth) of abm costs between 8 and 12 dollars!
