I just posted but forgot this.
Does anybody have a copy of the specific federal guidelines regarding the
time a new mother is to be allowed off work?
We are having trouble with a school district here restricting their teachers
to 15 school days (three weeks) leave time following having a baby.   If
they take any more time off than that, they have to have a letter from their
doctor stating what the problem is, and then they have to pay the substitute
teacher themselves!
HELP!!
