I meant to include this in my last post.
While one doesn't want to think of terrible possibilities, the
question needs to be asked-Why were the parents refusing autopsy?
Was it for religious reasons?  If not, don't most juristictions
require one in the case of death of unknown origin?  Or does blaming
it on breastfeeding become a "known origin"?  Why wouldn't the
parents want to know what caused their baby's death?
