Jen,

Have you tried getting the Dr. to prescribe Human Milk for your baby? You can
make a case that this baby must have human milk and they can either pay for a
good pump (about $250.00) or pay for donor milk (off the top of my head $2.50
per oz from a recent lactnet post).

I know your baby doesn't need donor milk, but if you can make it a case of
'which is cheaper' they may comply.

Also you may want to send them a copy of the 1997 AAP statement.
