I like the archives, I'm glad we have them but everyone should know
the potential audience has just increased from just over a thousand to
the millions.   Many World Wide Web search tools will bring up
the archives with the words - breast, breastfeed, lactate, etc.  Not
all tools have to have the word "lactnet" to find the site.   Don't
ever consider anything you say on internet to be private.
