Have any of you heard about this?  A formula fed baby died of starvation
after he apparently received formula that was too diluted.  I don't have a
link to the article, but the mother's last name is Heikamp.  So sad.  If
someone would have just taught this mother to breastfeed this tragedy could
have been averted.
