The research on soy for women is contradictory.  Specifically, for women
with estrogen-positive breast cancer, half the research suggest they should
eat lots of soy, and half the research suggests they should avoid soy
completely.  So I don't think we know if soy is good for women.  And someone
raised an excellent point when they said that soy is Asian diets is not
found in the same form as the soy milk and soy tablets being heavily
marketed to menopausal women in the US.
