Settle down you lot and stop your giggling ;-)
My colleague and I often recommend this to women with blocked ducts and
engorgement that just doesn't seem to move. I call it a 'massager' and the
one I'm thinking of is purchased from the beauty sections of department
stores (not the stores you people are thinking of!) - I have one that I use
on them if they don't have one. It also has a warming function - very mild
warmth only. It really does work well.
My colleague has also suggested over the phone when she can't see the woman
immediately to use the handle of an electric knife (no blades!) - most
people seem to have them. Don't know how the spin cycle would work...

We use these after the research (double-blind randomised trial) that was
published in Breastfeeding Review found there was no difference between the
ultrasound machine with the crystal in and the ultrasound machine with the
crystal out.

Denise in sunny Queensland where it's finally decided to become summer.
