I think that capsules are harder to fine-tune in dosage than tea. Sage for the reduction of oversupply should be used with great care, as it may well be overdosed quite easily.
I see good results with sage tea. I start with one teacup made of 1 full coffee spoon of dried leaves in about a half liter of boiling-hot water, letting stand for 5 minutes, then sieve. look what happens. If nothing or not much happens take another cup after half a day. If still nothing happens, take more frequent cups. If too much happens stop drinking it.
It is not quite as scientific as one would like, but is is what works for many moms I work with.
