Have any of you hospital lactation consultants found that you get better coverage for your services by Medicaid and other insurance companies, if you put yourself under the Medical services group cost center, instead of the OB cost center? I know that in an office setting, a lactation consultant can be reimbursed under the physician, and get better coverage. I heard of another clinical specialist nurse doing that.

Thanks!
