Maybe you could have a display of pictures of all kinds of mammals (humans
included) nursing their adorable babies, and have kids do some activity
related to that. Like a matching game (baby racoon to mama racoon, etc.) -
cut out pics & mount on cardboard. Or attach-the-baby-to-the-mother (like
pin the tail on the donkey). Or different kinds of animal "nests" - dens,
burrows, whatever, with their appropriate animal family (in which it can be
observed that other mammals sleep with their babies snuggled up with them).
