Lee Ann's head and husband may not want to be pregnant, but her body is
of a different opinion - it's own timeline knows a baby should still be
around. Physical and emotional mourning are not always in synch.

Research I did for a mom who was still letting down, also upon hearing a
baby cry (her 2 year old had weaned herself 4 mos earlier and the mom
worked in an OB office around lots of crying newborns), showed that it
can take up to a year to dry up (even with normal hormones). I also
found out that sage tea has the astringent drying factors needed to
resolve full weaning. This mom drank one pot of sage tea that night and
2 pots the next day and had no more problems with surprise letdowns.
