I have a new mom who is breastfeeding and was previously diagnosed with 
Sjogren's Disease. Does anyone have any information on this disease as 
related to lactation. We have the baby nursing and she is also pumping but 
thus far  no evidence of milk production is seen. Neither mother or I were able 
to hand express drops of colostrum either . She delivered on 5/2/2009.
