Hi Rachel,
My dictionary has frenulum-noun, frenula-plural and also frenum-noun,
frena-plural. On Brian Palmers web site he lists quite a few variations and
all are medically correct. So I guess it is take your pick and maybe use
what is more 'popular' in your area.....aah the vagaries of language.
