In a nutshell:
Provide your best assessment of the situation and your recommendations to
the parents and the primary provider (this would likely include feeding
baby, protecting supply, tongue eval or clipping, wt checks, return
appointments). Describe options where there are any (for example finger
feeding vs bottle feeding). Offer your continued assistance and contact
info.....Then, back off.
