My 14 mo old unvaxed nursling had 200 pox.  And that was just on her
face;(   There were many many more on every body surface imaginable.
The severity though probably was directly related to two things:

1)steroids that had been given for an asthma attack just a few days
before her sister started displaying symptoms (older one brought it home
from school
2)elidel  (see pkg insert for info on this)

it was brutal.  absolutely brutal.
