I am sorry that you are having difficulty with this. I wonder what they want
that could be more official than the CDC as stated below:

Are special precautions needed for handling breast milk?
No special precautions exist for handling expressed human milk, nor does the
milk require special labeling. It is not considered a biohazard. The
Universal <http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00000039.htm>
Precautions to prevent the transmission of human immunodeficiency virus
(HIV), Hepatitis B virus, and other bloodborne pathogens do not apply to
human milk.

 

When I was working in a hospital, we were told that breastmilk and
medication required separate refrigerators but formula and breastmilk could
be stored in the same refrigerator. I wish this level of detail would be
applied to other things!
