Thanks for the BF freindly compliments from several of you.
I work for an HMO so I guess our goal is to keep everyone healthy
 so they dont over use the resources. I dont know, I just fix the
sick children and keep healthy ones healthy.
My practice has enough formula fed babies and this area has a
high enough smoking rate to keep me busy.
