Here is yet another example of how the human mind tends to generalize
things.  Infants of diabetic mothers tend to have problems maintaining
their blood sugars (though only if the mother has not been well
controlled).  Infants of diabetic mothers are often very large.
Therefore all large babies are at risk for hypoglycemia.  Sorry, but
that is an logical error that any first year university student should
be able to pick apart.  In fact, my 13 year old son could pick it apart.
Too bad the smart doctors in Beer Sheva haven't worked it out.
Remember, that the baby is only at risk for hypoglycemia only if the
mother's blood sugars have been high.

As far as mother's not having enough milk for a 4.2 kg baby, please
spare me having to explain that one.  As we used to say in Toronto "Vey
iz mir".  Loosely translated:  "I can't stand it".
