I don't see anything wrong with having Tabitha Walrond speak to various
groups about the possibility that any kind of breast surgery might impair
your ability to breastfeed successfully, or about how to KNOW if your baby
is getting enough to eat when they are breastfed -- wet/poopy diapers,
appearance, behavior, etc. And among the groups she should be speaking to,
I'd include high school and college girls contemplating breast surgery,
plastic surgeons, their nurses, insurance companies, ob/gyns, midwives,
etc. All health care professionals who work with pregnant women should
know that various kinds of breast surgery can impact breastfeeding success.
Surely we don't want more babies to die from their mother's ignorance????
