Norma, I am so sorry...I cannot answer your Q about where to buy that PVC 
tubing, but your story of kittens weaning too early brought my own feline 
experiences to mind:

I once had kitten who was also weaned too early, which was evidenced by 
the fact that he always tried to kneed my hair while suckling on the little mole 
on the side of neck!

And if you think that's funny, my sister has a friend who also had poor kitten 
that still yearned for her mama.  This was brought home very clearly to my 
sister's friend who woke up one morning to discover the kitten suckling on her 
NIPPLE!!!

Poor kitty.  ;~>
