UTI can  cause FTT  [failure to thrive].  Any idea if the infection is
controlled/resolved?  What is mom's diabetic status at this point?  Do
breast compression, go for increased hind milk or top milk from EBM.  No
BMs, little weight gain = poor intake to  me.
