I am an IBCLC in Massachusetts and I need your assistance finding an IBCLC 
in the Provo/Spanish Fork, UT area.  I am specifically looking for someone 
experienced with tongue tie issues.  My nephew's wife is breastfeeding a 3-
week-old (her second child) and her nipples are so cracked and sore she is 
at the end of her rope.  Her pediatrician clipped the tie last week.  This 
determined mom needs assistance from someone who can observe how the baby 
is currently using his tongue, and who can provide recommendations for 
interventions.  So far I'm giving advice long-distance, and you know how 
that goes.
