Fellow Lactnetters-  Hoping you can help with two separate issues-- Both
involve a set of VLBW 24 week twins who are now 'feeder-growers'--
Neonatologist #1 wants to add 3 packs of fortifier to each 50cc's EBM-
This is more than we're used to using, and question safety of it-- (not
addressing safety of use of HMF itself, sigh...)   Anyone else use this
higher concentration and have some feedback???
Neonatologist #2- wants to start spinning creamatocrits and
"restructuring" foremilk/hindmilk balance!!(yeah!!)-  This would also be
very new for our unit-  Does anyone have policies/ protocols for this
that you would be willing to share and that we could adapt?  (you can
