Hello Lactnetters,

I have recently joined Lactnet and have been enjoying receiving the digests
and learning from you all. I am considering becoming an LC someday, but
right now I am in the thinking and learning phase. I just wanted to respond
on the topic of breastmilk and intelligence and the tube fed babies who were
randomly chosen to receive either breastmilk or formula. The reference I
have for that article is: Lucas, Lancet 1992; 339:261. As I understand it
the same author has written on this study at other times as well, but I
don't have those references.
