I think it has been mentioned before on Lactnet, but please remember that
breast Ca in pregnant and lactating mom is frequently discovered late,
probably because the index of suspicion isn't high for generally "younger"
type  women.  In the case of bilateral funny smell I wouldn't be
particularily worried.  It is probably some odd thing in her diet or how
her body processes some ordinary food.  In the other, one-sided foul smell,
any breast refusal or reluctance, I'd get it carefully checked out by
someone who is very familiar with the lactating breast.  Sincerely, Pat in
