Dear Rachel

Vitamine B passes very well in breast milk, at such a point that it can give
iatrogenic problems in the baby because a to high level of vitamin D in
mother milk when the mother is given very high quantities of this vitamin
for various illness. Vitamin D3 is the form with the best passage in milk,
especially after an exposition to the UVB.

Kindly
