I have not heard anything about a substitute for Domperidone.  However,
I understand that the international patent rights are about to expire.
So a generic version may be waiting in the wings.  That is one reason
that was cited in the manufacturer's decision not to spend millions to
get FDA approval here.  Very soon, generic forms may be available and
they would only lose money invested in FDA approval.
