All State WIC Breastfeeding Coordinators received a copy of Iowa's excellent
Breastfeeding Coalition Building Guide.  These were sent to the State WIC
Offices late in 1996 or early 1997.  I would suggest that you call your local
WIC office and see if they can locate their copy or get hold of the State
copy.  It has a black and purple 3-ring binder/cover (just in case you get
that blank look when you ask).  Your WIC office should also be able to help
you reach the Iowa WIC Program.  Please e-mail me privately if you can't find
that number-I can bring the number home from work for you.
