To answer your questionI'll just quote from Marsha Walker's  
book...Breastfeeding Management for the Clinician
"Maternal Side Effects of Reglan include gastric cramping, diarrhea,  
and depression with longer term use (more than
4 weeks), but no untoward effects have been reported in infants  
(Hale, 2004).  Abrupt discontinuation of the medication
can result in a precipitous drop in milk production; tapering the  
dosage by decreasing it 10 mg per week is recommended."

I haven't hand any personal/professional experience using reglan.
