My understanding of "anti-gravity" position is that gravity is pulling baby away from mom, primarily because she is sitting up..
She has to use muscle tension to bring baby to breast and keep him there for the duration. That is tiring for her..
Or she has baby on her lap (to resist gravity) and leans over to "bottlefeed" her breast. Common result is a sliding down latch which can cause pain, injury, poor milk transfer.

The laid back position or Biological Nurturing uses gravity in a positive way to help baby latch and stay latched comfortably for both baby and mom. As they say: mom holds baby; it's baby who does the breastfeeding. She may need to give a ittle assistance, but once latched, she can adjust her arms so she is containing baby at breast and both are relaxed.
