I work in a cytogenetics lab and I checked my reference books and spoke to 
the genetic counselors.  The only reported physical anomalies associated 
with 47, XYY are larger teeth and occasionally a longer face.  One reported 
a high palate but the article also discussed 48,XYYY and I wasn't able to 
tell which genotype they were referring to.  There was no mention of a thick 
gum ridge or a small palate.

XYY occurs 1 in 1000 births but usually goes undetected.  We sometimes find 
one when doing chromosome analysis for something else, like leukemia. Just 
as an aside, men begin losing Y's as they age.  My husband's already down a 
few and he's only 47 :-)  So the Y chromosome doesn't really do too much for 
them and having an extra isn't a big problem.
