Good luck challenging this, Alla.

My suggestion would be to ask what the heck is *in* the SNS at 24-48 hours?

We know physiologically the baby does not need large volumes at this 
age. So are they suggesting the baby has formula in the bottle bit of 
the SNS? Or are they suggesting the baby has expressed colostrum? And 
if it is expressed colostrum, is that actually going to be moved from 
the spoon/syringe it has been collected in, and then placed in the 
bottle? Using a pump to collect colostrum on day 1-2 is wasteful and 
ineffective....but if it is used, is the collecting bottle going to 
be attached to the SNS? Why?

It does not make sense!
