Larry--I'm an FP, not a repro. endocrinologist, but this is an area of
interest and I've had a similar patient.  The adenoma may be growing under
hypothalamic stimulation--I'd probably consider repeating her MRI to see
what it's doing.  She may have to choose between d/c-ing breastfeeding or
having surgery if it continues to be symptomatic or grows to the point of
threatening her optic nerves.
