Someone explained it this way - if this is wrong, please let me know:

(Here's the math explanation if anyone is interested...
If breastfed babies are 20% less likely to die than non-breastfed, that
means that for every 100 non-breastfed babies who die, 80 breastfed babies
die.
If you reverse the wording that means that you need to reverse the ratio,
which would make it 100 divided by 80. That works out to 1.25 which means
the likelihood is 25% more.)
