I routinely recommend olive oil because of the possible lowest
incidence of introducing an allergin, eg CORN oil and the better heart
healthy fats(my personal thing).  Not much is needed and it wouldn't hurt
the parents to add it to their diet. If on-hand they might just use it
instead of other oils.
