Yes, their moms get plenty of IV abx prior to or during delivery so bottle 
fed babies get thrush.  Plus bottle fed babies get more abx than BF babies, 
in general, so thrush is always lurking there to get the upper hand in 
baby's system.  Improper or lack of handwashing is another way to give 
thrush to a baby.
