I am working with a mother who has had very severe psoriasis on her nipples after previous babies. She also ended up with yeast infections and mastitis due to the cracked skin and moisture. She says she gets very sweaty on her chest as well, which doesn't help!She is due soon and expecting the same flare up-which caused her either to quit or exclusively pump in the past. I have seen that high levels of vitamin D can help. What is you take on that? What other medicines/methods are safe and effective? Thank you
