Hi Jaye -

Occasionally I see mom's with the same problem. The best solution that I
have found yet (I am sure there are others) is to have mom use a snug
T-shirt or an old bra during feeding. Cut out a hole for the nipple/areola
and put the tube under the shirt or bra. Really messes up the SKS but it
does avoid the playing with the tubes problem.

The other thing that I have seen work is to place the SNS bottle behind mom
and tape the tubing from the armpit side of the breast. This only allows
the SNS to be taped to one breast at a time and it is nearly impossible to
pinch off the tube, but it is another possibility.
