I have found these sold in the local Target stores with all of the regular baby
"feeding" supplies (bottles, sippy cups, etc.)  They now have a big
breastfeeding gadgets selection now (with the junky electric pumps that aren't
worth the plastic their shrink wraped in), pads, shells, etc. and shields.  Face
it no one can give her any advice on when or why to use them, many moms will
probably buy these thinking they are necessary.  I bought one to show at my
meetings and classes that these are big no-no's.
