As others have said, yes!
 
 
We had a mother a few years ago who did so post-mastectomy.  
 
She produced a full supply and her only issue was the weight of her  breast.  
When she finally weaned she told me she was glad to have the  additional 
weight gone.  But she was very pleased it had gone so  well.  I can't remember how 
long she'd nursed, but I believe she'd gone  back to work, pumped for that, 
and had gone at least a year if not longer.
