As we all know, BM flavor and contents reflect what is in maternal plasma.
Urine also reflects what you ingest/inject.  Urine and BM are often discolored
by multivitamin and other drug products.  I know of no harm to infants from
this.  As many nutritionists say:  Americans have the most expensive urine in
the world!
