I've frequently seen more pronounced engorgement with first babies, then
with 2nd the breasts seem to know a little better what to do.  Does anyone
else see this?  I've only ever seen one super engorged mom, absolutely the
worst I've ever seen, she did get engorged with 2nd baby but not quite as
bad.  Too bad you had such an experience Wendy.  Your misfortune was having
this problem an a weekend .
