Here here Jodine! I was wondering if anyone had a lawyer who specializes in
this kind of law look at it? Because it looks like some "art phrases" are
being used, which unless properly defined, can get an organization into all
kinds of trouble. I'm speaking from experience :-)

I am not a lactation consultant, and I am not a member of any of the
organizations involved in this discussion. I work in the field of public
relations. Public relations is a diverse field with many sub-specialties,
and one of them is using plain language to communicate. This is not my
specialty, but as a generalist I am certainly aware of the technique.

I respectfully suggest that Tenet 25 be reworded to better reflect its
intent.

When a message creates confusion requiring time-consuming clarification, you
can solve the problem by restating the message.
